· North End Cooperative (buy lobsters right off the boat) – 15 minutes

· Bath – 30 minutes

· Damariscotta – 35 minutes

· Boothbay Harbor – 40 minutes

· Portland – 60 minutes

· $900 / week or $225 / night – July and August.

· $850 / week or $210 / night – May, June, September, and October

· $720 / week or $180 / night – November to April

· Minimum two night stay.

· $475 reservation/damage deposit and half total rental fee due to reserve rental with balance due three weeks before arrival.

· Deposit returned within two weeks of vacancy if no damage.

· $100 cleaning service fee applies to all rentals.

· 7% Maine Lodging Tax added to all rentals.

· Pay by credit card using PayPal (3% surcharge) or by check if presented more than 3 weeks before rental begins.

· Rental week is check-in 3:00pm Saturday to following Saturday check-out at 11:00am.

· All rates subject to change until booked.

· Please inquire about special rates or for winter rental by the month.

· Fractions of weeks and weekends are often possible.
